Terms of Service

By using SimpleForm ("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the Service.

1. Account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use SimpleForm to:

• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited messages.
• Collect data in violation of applicable law or your visitors' privacy expectations.
• Distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, plan limits, or other Service controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time Pro and Agency subscribers.

4. Plan limits

Submissions over your monthly quota return a 402 response and aren't stored or emailed. We don't silently overcharge.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Status updates are posted in our docs.

6. Data ownership

You retain all rights to data you collect via SimpleForm. We act as a processor on your behalf and never use your form submissions for any other purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

You may delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms after reasonable notice (or immediately for severe abuse).

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to active users at least 30 days before taking effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SimpleForm is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
